Tranquilidad en familia
Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en esta fantástica Villa. Privacidad y tranquilidad en grado superlativo. La casa y las zonas exteriores están muy bien cuidados. Las terrazas, salón y cocina son magníficos. Los baños y camas muy cómodos. No hemos tenido la sensación de una casa de alquiler común, disfrutando de la estancia como si fuera nuestra propia casa. Felicitamos a Sara y Rob y personal de mantenimiento, pués estas sensaciones sólo se pueden lograr si la casa es mimada por todos ellos.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette villa. La maison correspondait totalement à nos attentes par rapport au descriptif et même plus. De très belles prestations dans la maison, une piscine et jacuzzi super agréable sans vis-à-vis. Nous recommandons sincèrement cette maison même avec des jeunes enfants. Des propriétaires et des employés super sympa, merci à eux et à bientôt

Our family had a lovely and cozy stay in this undisturbed pearl of a villa, we will definitely be back. Communication with owners were great and everything went smooth. 5 stars from us all the way.

A home away from home
This villa is marvellous. Not a typical rental place, but a fully equipped home. A lot of thought and care has gone into the design, inside and out. The back looks out to the valley, with the sea in the distance. It’s secluded and private. The lounge and kitchen terraces are covered enough to provide shade in the hot summer weather, and for the pool there is another covered seating area and of course a sunshade. Plenty of seats in each area, well stocked with cushions. Outside shower and toilet were very handy. The washing machine is in the outbuilding and there is a rotary washing line with plenty of pegs. When it was too hot to sit outside, the roomy lounge has air conditioning, with comfortable sofas. There is a good sized dining table as well as a breakfast bar type table. The main attraction for me was the amazing kitchen. Gas hob and electric, many cupboards and drawers fully stocked with utensils. The bedrooms are all a good size and comfortable, with the airco units so effective we didn’t need to switch them on until bedtime. Bathrooms were clean and practical. Shopping – you really need a car. The local Spar is adequate, but was not ideal for vegetarian options. We preferred the Carrefour outside San Pedro which is a fair drive but has everything. You might want to visit Cartagena and San Javier anyway, so an ideal stop on the way back. There are a variety of simple restaurants in Pinar itself: good food and reasonably cheap. But we preferred to go to nearby Torre de la Horadada, to the plaza between the church and the beachfront, there are several lively restaurants and cafés. Last but not least correspondence with the owner Sara was clear and comprehensive. The caretakers Richard and Pat are friendly, attentive and helpful. Outstanding property, excellent experience 🙂

Great villa
Lovely villa well presented very spacious, lovely views and outside areas couldn’t fault villa. If you like running the area is very hilly but otherwise great and would recommend this location for relaxation and would stay again.

Lovely villa
We have been coming to Spain for 12 years and this is the best villa we have ever stayed in. Excellent facilities, particularly the outside area, and the most comfortable beds I have ever had abroad. The villa location was blissfully quiet, we were really able to relax and unwind. Villa support from Pat and Richard was also excellent. Always on hand and friendly with it. The beach at Horadada was only 15 minutes drive and beautiful. Lots of easy parking in a big sea front car park.

Lækkert hus !!!
Rigtigt dejligt hus der ligger 100% uforstyrret. Der er 2. år i træk vi er der i 14 dage, og det er bare super dejligt. Stort køkken med alt hvad der være. Flere terrasser, så der altid er mulighed for at sidde i enten skygge eller sol. Lækker pool. Lækkert pool-hus med bad/toilet, vaske rum og grill (hvor der også er et køleskab) Sara er meget imødekommende, og hurtig at kommunikerer med. Jeg vil klart anbefale dette hus

Perfect family break
An amazing Villa ,not directly over looked, in a peaceful location. The pool was obviously well maintained and was enjoyed everyday day by the children. The poolside BBQ proved to be a must in the evenings. Relaxing with some much earned wine we could look out over the countryside towards the sea {10 mins drive to beach). Inside, the Villa was spotless, well furnished and extremely comfortable, with everything we needed. There was also a fantastic kitchen which was fully equipped and lovely to prepare food in. We did also venture out to the village centre { 5 min walk} which has plenty of places to eat and drink in the evening. We have stayed in several holiday Villas/ cottages over the years, and this was by far the best yet. Well done 5 Star. Highly recommended.

A tranquil place in the sun
A lovely clean, spacious, well equipped villa. It is ideal for a family of six. There is a well proportioned open plan lounge and dining area. The bedrooms are reasonably sized, clean and the beds are comfortable. There is a brand new well equipped kitchen and lots of external seating areas in the sun and shade. The shady areas are particularly good because the large pool area gets the sun all day. For those that like to cook outside there is a lovely undercover barbecue area by the pool with a fridge. The pool has an integral Jacuzzi. There is also a shower and toilet area next to the pool. If you want to relax by the pool there are plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs. The villa is in an excellent location: only a short walk from the local village which has a good selection of reasonably priced bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. It is 30 minutes by car from the airport and approximately 10 minutes from the beach. It is very quiet, not over looked and it has great views. To sum up, it is a great place for a relaxing family holiday or a romantic break. My husband and I will definitely come back.
